Can some one plz tell meh why mexican channels always show sex sex sex??!?

Okay everytime i walk into the living room my mom BF (WHO WE LIVE WITH) is always on the spanish channels cuz he doesnt know english that well. I swear i think hes watching porn cuz the shows would show 2 naked ppl having sex the chick ******* moaning and its jus groSs...its nothing racial if thats what ur gona point out. My mum is white but my dad is mexican. So ima mutt i guess. But it jus bothers me that my lil sibs are in the room watching these too ppl **** each other and ****...But i would in trouble for watch wat is concitered porn (if the ppl are talking in english) but if their talking in spanish that makes it okay too let meh watch..i jus dnt get mexican tv and why tv channels say you gota pay for american porn when i can easily go to some random mexican channel...i seriously dnt get it..im confused on what is concitered "family" tv..some one jus point this out and help meh understand....
