Why does my hip always hurt?

Well almost two years ago, I hurt my hip running. I went to my high school's athletic trainer and he said my hip flexors were just tight. Lemme tell ya, I know for a fact is was more than that. He said to ignore it and I could walk on it. Yeah, I could barely walk at all and it put me out of sports for the next year. EVERY time I exercise (jogging, tennis, marching band, simply walking for a few hours) my hip starts to hurt. It hurts around the outside, and it's a dull achy pain. It also hurts where the hip flexors are and that's a sharp pulling pain(it hurts so bad). And, it hurts where my lower back and hip meet(cant describe that pain...) My mom won't take me to a doctor, because my insurance doesn't cover it and she is temporarily out of a job. She gives me alieve and it kinda helps the pain.

Question about curveballs?

Overstocked in my saltwater bio cube? Please help I give best answers.?

I have a 3 month old 29 gallon biocube with from 1/2 to 3 in of sand spread around the tank, shallow in the front deep in the back, decent water quality that is declining slowly I have to do more water changes recently to keep it up to check. I have a small snowflake eel about 10 in long, a baby maroon clownfish 1.5 in, a coral banded shrimp, four nassaurus like snails some small some huge, a big turbo snail, 3 small hermits, a baby horseshoe crab very small i will trade it in when he gets too big, a anemone, a tiger jawfish, and a small coral lke thing I can't identify. Everything is doing well and in 3 months, one thing has died. I had a BIG hermit that was found alll across my tank out of its shell in pieces i don't know how it died any ideas? I was planning on upgrading to a 75 for my snowflake in december but now feel like i don't want to it just sits in its cave and makes a huge mess. I could trade it in at my lfs along with my coral banded shrimp (the two most aggressive things in my tank) would this reduce the bioload massivley? I don't know if it is worth it to trade him in. If I did get rid of my shrimp and eel, could I get another maroon clown and try to breed them when they age then get a proper anemone I know they can host to? I want some colorful fish to swim around my tank it looks like poland in the 40s right now all depressing with just my clown occasionally swimming by then my eels head poking out into the water which is a bit cloudy and not clear? Nose ring stuck in nose, please help?

i got my septum pierced two days ago, and i have a horseshoe for that piercing and a captive for my nose, which i wanted to change to a stud. so yesterday i went to a piercing shop that was in the neighborhood @ the time and bought a stud for my nostril. the lady tried to help me take out my captive but in the process tugged at the nostril piercing and completely shifted my septum, causing extreme pain, and it took twenty minutes for the stupid ball to come out. by this time my whole nose was throbbing so i left and figured id finish the procedure at home, but now my nose ring is stuck. All the fish in my tank are dying, why?

I have a 60 gallon saltwater tank that I set up about 3 months ago. I started off with Damsels, and gradually added other species until I had an nice colorful mix once the tank was well established and had cycled properly. We lost 2 damsels and a tomato clown in 2 weeks, then things went well for about 3 weeks. Everybody was happy and friendly, including the damsels (3 small) tomato clowns (2 small), horseshoe crabs (3) small dog-face puffer, yellow tang, fire fish (2) and one peppermint shrimp. Now they are dying at an alarming rate. We did get a reddish colored algae of some sort showing up on the glass, and I treated for it. The instructions said to remove my carbon filters and turn off my protein skimmer, so I did. Even with the treatment and limiting filtration, i am still losing fish. The only thing that is different as far as I can figure out is that I bought my saltwater from the fish store rather than making my own using instant ocean. We are running a 350 and 200 bio-wheels (carbon filters changed every 2 weeks), and a good quality protein skimmer. Any guesses or suggestions? I have tested and the ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, and ph are all reading really excellent (the best readings I have gotten since I set up the tanks with colors exactly matching the comparison cards). Please help? I only have my puffer, 2 damsels, 2 horseshoe crabs and my peppermint shrimp left and they are starting to look poorly!

Both 17 and dating a year. My bf will make sexist jokes and jokes about my intelligence level. I have told him that I don't like these jokes and they hurt my feelings but he'll just makes excuses like "I don't know what I'm saying half the time" or something like it. It's so annoying. Last night i got on little teeny tiny bump on my leg, it was red and started to itch. Now it has spread a little bit in the area and also a little on my other leg. Now i have a bump on my arm that im trying to not scratch to avoid spreading. At the end of April, i had something similar. It started on my foot and eventually went all up my legs, on my fingers, the palm of my hands, my chest, elbows, and the bottom of my feet. That took about 3 weeks to clear up with the use of prescription ointment. I really want some opinions as to what it could be. It itches soooo bad! The bumps are fairly small, red, and in patches or lines. I should ad that i didnt get this until the the next day after i first started my new job at a mexican restaurant (started april 29, got it april 30) and once it cleared didnt come back until i went to work on sunday and it was there again that night. I work in a Mexican restaurant as a hostess. Normally we turn in our hour logs at the end of two weeks and get paid a day later. Well, that's how it was. Every once in a while we would get paid a few days later. But it's been three and a half weeks and I have not been paid. The owner told my manager that "he doesn't know what happened to the checks." Horse has a sore back, what could it be?

Hes sore near his kidneys if you take a rubber curry he winces and if you take your fingers and run down each side of the spine he winces. I took him to a local chiropractor and she said stay off him for a few days and give him electrolite and that it was probably a saddle which i was riding him with a bad saddle. So he was still sore after those few days so i talked to some one else and they said a month then a month later i had my horse shoer look at him because he was out doing my horseshoes so he said to get her to look at him again and i text her and she didnt text me back and he seems a little better but then he acts like he gets sore again and im not riding him at all its been over a month !!!! What Magic The Gathering Theme Deck should I get?

first off combining decks like an elf deck and a kithkin deck is a huge no no in magic the gathering let's get that out of the way right now second kithkin suck although it is a lot easier to play with a tribal i wouldn't recommend kithkin as the best white tribal ever the best white tribal is the Kor armory deck from Zendikar. Elf decks are always a great tribal whoever told you to get elves was in the right mind. another easy to play and great deck to play is an eldrazi deck and those are always filled with some of the most powerful cards ever, i also recommend getting a soldier deck because soldier decks have been getting awesome cards in the past few years, ally decks are awesome because any and every card works together,however my favorite deck ever would have to be my sliver deck because every card gives another card in that deck either a power boost or a special ability.also vampires, angels, dragons, and zombies make great tribal decks to the starter decks are made to be more of a head start they aren't full decks you have to mix and match other cards to it. and if you want older sets like lorwyn and eventide you're going to have to buy them online ( ebay, amazon, coolstuffinc.com, starcitygames.com, etc.)

Question about horseshoes- what is the difference between....?

theyre called clips for future reference, they help to keep the shoe from sliding back. some horses cant use the kind with one clip in the front because of the way their hoof is shaped, like some horses need a more "squared" (not a square hoof, but the toe isnt perfectly round) hoof, while others have the nice round toe. if you horse has a round toe he should be fine with just the 1 clip. I typically see the double clips more on the back feet, than the front.

Don't try to dismiss the role of being a captain just cuz arsenal's captain sucks! The same CAN NOT be said for other team like Real Madrid,Fc Barcelona,Chelsea or Liverpool.Let's take a look at their captains Casillas,Puyol,Terry and Gerrard.They're all homegrown! Now this doesn't mean that a captain has to be homegrown to be good. He needs experience and mental stability! And unlike Fabregas a captain WANTS to be at the club.This is IMO arsenal's biggest problem and you can't solve it by money.You can just outright buy a captain. What i suggest is that you bring back a former player(that isn't ****) and have him captain Arsenal.And IMO Henry and Viera were both good captains.
