Help with frontierville!?

My mom got a zynga card (the one with the 4 options) and she chose frontierville. After she put in the code and stuff she went back to her frontierville to see the same amount of horseshoes that she had!! How long does it take to get the horseshoes? Please help out!! Thanks!
