hey y'all. lemme just start off by giving you a ,little background info. i am 14 1/2 years old. weigh 112 lbs, and 5'1. summer is quickly approaching and i need the PERFECT bod for my ireland and Caribbean trips this summer. i have a little bit of a tummy. i don't want to take pills or anything like that. i don't really like exercise but a little is good i guess. so please help by meal plans, exercise plans, or just good ideas! thanks y'all <3
