Girls: Is this normal?

Okay, this is a weird question, kinda personal but I have a male doctor and my mom and sister didn't know the answer. My breast's nipples are like inverted. I'm only 13 and they are still growing. Is it normal for them to start like this and will the nipples come out when they are done growing? my mom and sister couldn't remember if that happened to them, and like I said, my doctor is a guy, so it's not like I can talk to my doctor lol. Anyways please lemme know if this is normal.
