Frontierville question...?

I just started playing Frontierville a few days ago. I'm almost done with the "Get Married" mission. Except, I can't seem to find any wildflowers to get for the bouquet you have to make. There are none on my land, and I don't have enough horseshoes to buy them with. Can I get them whenever I do work on a friend's land?
