Will saying that Im moving on, make cancer man get out of his 'shell'?

He likes you. And he probably has issues that he is shy or nervous about and thinks you will judge him. Just tell him that what ever it is that is holding him back you are there for him :) Try ur best. if it doesn't work I guess it's time to move on...
