Nose ring stuck in nose, please help?

i got my septum pierced two days ago, and i have a horseshoe for that piercing and a captive for my nose, which i wanted to change to a stud. so yesterday i went to a piercing shop that was in the neighborhood @ the time and bought a stud for my nostril. the lady tried to help me take out my captive but in the process tugged at the nostril piercing and completely shifted my septum, causing extreme pain, and it took twenty minutes for the stupid ball to come out. by this time my whole nose was throbbing so i left and figured id finish the procedure at home, but now my nose ring is stuck. The opening where the ball was is right in the hole of my piercing and i cant move it back or forth AT ALL. please help, i dont want my.skin to grow over it or something... ):
