Is this anxiety? how to fix it?

It could be. I have Anxiety and I get the same thing, but my friend has tourettes, and he has all of those symptoms as well, so that can also be it. I suggest you tell your parent/doctor that you think you have Anxiety or Tourettes and they'll send you to a psychiatrist to be tested for it. Good luck C:
