I would love to climb canyons, but....?

I have recently discovered that I have an interest in seeing natural beauties on the earth. I would love to see the Great Gallery in Horseshoe Canyon, but I can't climb. Is there anyway I would be able to see canyons and other things without having to climb? or if I do need to learn how to climb, where would I go to learn?
