How much will it cost to get our passports?

I have a Mexican passport that will expire soon, so I need to visit a Mexican consulate to renew mine. I don't know how much it will cost though? and my sister has never traveled on a plane, she's still a minor and it will be her first time getting her passport, she's an American citizen. where does she go to get her passport and how much will it cost in all..?
