First off you said you are tall and not "beautiful" that means you don't think so highly of yourself and you may lack confidence. And she on the other hand seems to be full of confidence. Maybe just be open with guys in a good way and initiate conversations and be more outgoing. Some people are born with an aura that no matter how pretty, short, tall, chubby you are you will attract attention and people just instantly attract to their personality not so much their looks. If she's your friend maybe just pick up some pointers from her and do not envy her instead be happy you know someone awesome like her, but do not forget you are awesome too and you have qualities she may lack, but she doesn't notice them in you or in others because she is confident with herself.
