Fashion help... Please?

I am from a very conservative family. My parents don lemme wear any short dress with bare legs but I love them so much. And I want to wear them very much. They don even lemme wear pantyhose or any kind of tights that are see through. Please help me with this. I really wanna wear dress. Plz help me how can I wear dress in summer without showing my skin. Plz plz plz.
