Cb radio (hi gain v) amateur radio of frequency on side bands?

iv got this cb radio hi gain 5 sidebander, and on fm its perfect bang on frequency, but on lsb or usb its off just a little th everyone i speak to , but i have a frequency counter and would like to know what to turn inside the radio or if its a horseshoe or can plz help or if anyone has any info in it thanks in advance!
